Myra Wilson, Director of Cumberlands Workforce Development Board, accepted the Kentucky Career Center re-certifications for Kentucky Career Center-Cumberlands One-Stop, affiliate sites, and access points. Kim Menke, Chairman of the Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board was presenting the certificates.
The Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board serves as an advisory board to the Governor on workforce training and development issues. The organization is charged with creating a statewide vision for workforce development and adopting a plan to move Kentucky forward through workforce training and development.
