Any Kentucky resident who is 18 years of age or older (not enrolled or not required to be enrolled in high school), and who needs to work on skills necessary for successful employment or personal development, can take advantage of the many services and programs we have to offer. Our services are designed to assist individuals in becoming college and career ready, via stackable credentials for one or more of the following: GED high school equivalency test, postsecondary education, Kentucky Essential Skills Certificate, Career readiness certificate, and workforce preparation.
